Footjoy shirts fit best for me, 52 chest, 40 waist. Sleeves a tad long for me but best fitting golf shirts to me.

Monterrey Club shirts keeps their sizing and most importantly their color after years of cleaning.
I have one shirt that is well over 10 years old and I wear it all the time and it still looks as good as the day that I bought it.

Dillard’s brand called Sport Performance or something is really nice. The Big and Tall section carries 2, 3, 4XB and 2, 3, 4XT. Now is about the time they’ll be discounted down. They also have some good shorts.
