I would trade you. My irons have gone from a draw to a slight hook. I’ve been working with an instructor on getting back to a fade. If it’s playing short, club up one.

I used to have a strong fade. I assumed I was leaving my club face open. Started thinking of turning my hands over. Then I pushed everything hard left. Hard left. Now I just think of hitting the inside of the ball and it is working. It’s not correct and it’s not scientific I am sure, but the thought has the ball going straight. Until I play again.

Last round I shot 49-36. I’m clearly a good player.

The way I fixed it was to swing hard. If you don’t come through with the driver aggressively everything is going to leak to the right

If you only play 3-4 times a year, you're not allowed to complain about a fade

There's nothing wrong with a fade. Just aim left and play your shot.

This!
I had a day or two where out of nowhere I was hitting draws.
I chased that, lost my fade and my playable slice and spend months trying to get it back.

What helped me was simply rotating my right hand grip about a quarter inch counterclockwise. In fact if I rotate it enough I can get a draw.

For me, if I fail to transfer my weight from my right side to my left side my ball will fade every time. Also, if you want to reduce a fade it helps to put your left foot slightly in front of your right foot add address. This will help you route the club insideOn your backswing.

Draws will occasional morph into a hard hook.

This is me. Starts straight. Starts drawing 6-9 holes in. Starts hooking hard left after the front 9.
