Heard the old guy finally sold the course, anyone with any insight into the buyer and future plans? Hope they put some money into it, Northshore is desperate for a decent public course.

I heard a rumor of the Southern Hotel trying to buy it but I haven’t heard that but from one person

He wants like 7 million for it so it would have to be someone with deep pockets and horrible business sense.

Danny had no interest in the course at the asking price. Can't say I blame him either...those morons were asking more than what Tiger Point in Gulf Breeze sold for I think.

Man I hope this happens and someone puts some money into it. If they could also figure out how to get a driving range, that would bring in a lot of business as well. Closest public ranges from there are 25-30 minutes away (Royal and Abita)

Wife(pic’s won’t load) has a good friend (no pics available) that has told her Danny Sinclair did in fact purchase course but I cannot confirm.

Not a golfer, created Blunt Wraps with Snoop Dog. Has plenty $$$$$$ but no idea if he knows what it will take to make it right.
