They own too many parks that are not utilized properly and are nothing but a maintenance cost. Want money? Sell those then get your books in order, prioritize your spending and update your buildings into this century. Then come ask the taxpayers for a millage.

They have over 100 million dollars in revenues coming in each year. 88 million is from our property taxes.
BREC had a lot of money, a large surplus, and they do a so so job of taking care of them. Golfers know this very well.

This. The number of shitty baseball fields they have is mindblowing. I guess you can call them baseball fields. They have the backstop/fence area.
