I enjoy listening Perks on course analysis. Unfortunately, I don’t think he will ever get away from Korn Ferry Tour or opposite field event broadcast. Other more accomplished golfers will move up the ranks quicker that he will once they retire.

I don't watch much golf other than the majors these days, but I used to watch much more around the turn of the century.

There will never be a better broadcast sequence than when Peter Alliss described van de Velde's mental meltdown in the Open in 1999
