Beaver Creek Update?

Played there Saturday. Front nine looked worse than last time I be played about a month ago, back nine about the same.

Fairways and range are the best in the state. No lie.
Their greens are complete garbage. Played there yesterday. Idk what happen. Prob will be at least a month before they come around. They are bad bad

BREC has golf completely twisted in the Greater Baton Rouge area. When you travel and play golf (even at public courses) you see how truly awful BREC is. People from other states would slit their wrists if all of a sudden they had to play BREC type courses.
I laugh at the BREC golf worship.

I heard they moved the guy from Santa Maria to Beaver Creek. So hopefully he gets them back in good shape.

More like Bunker Creek, amirite? Played Monday afternoon. Fairways are great, greens are garbage and hadn't improved at all since the last time I was out there 2 weeks ago. On top of that, the gnats were like something out of the 10 Commandments. Would not leave us alone and I inhaled no less than 3 of the bastards. Missed a 5-footer for birdie on 10 when one flew into my eye. Gave up after 14 it was so bad.
