Worth the price?

I have off and on. I have seen gains from people who use it and I trust the science behind it but I don’t seem to like swinging something that doesn’t reach the ball. It just feels weird to me.
I would look into HiiTs. Seen a few tour guys using it recently.

Amazon Speed Trainer
Buy this instead, if you have a driver that you can take the head off, you can buy one if these, it does the same thing for $35.00. Its helped me gain a few miles per hour.

What's your current clubhead speed baw?

Just wanted to share my experience.
With The Stack, you're paying for the software and programming. It's industry leading and the system definitely works if you actually use it. Got solid speed gains. That said, all the air swings gave me nasty hooks and shoulder tendinopathy. Not everyone messes up their swing/body with it, but it happened to me.
Switched to HIITS and I'm really pleased with it. Much better training speed with an actual club hitting balls instead of swinging at air. Feels more natural and the speed is transferring well to the course.

shoulder tendinopathy.
Talked to a very good junior coach from Charleston SC about this (re: my daughter is a high school freshman and she is using Stack). We discussed speed training in younger kids and he said use The Stack but hang a wet towel down to hit into. It eliminated the shoulder issues he was seeing with his students. So that's what we do with my daughter. No shoulder pain to speak of at this time so maybe he was right. It made sense to me that we are accustomed to hitting "something" in a swing and not just making wild swings in air.

i have used it personally and have had multiple clients use it all with good success. IMO the best speed training system on the market

It’s incredibly helpful if you follow the process
My daughter is 5 2 and carrying her driver 235 - 240…. Best speed system I’ve ever seen…
