2021 Baton Rouge Golf Membership Prices

I've seen some different info out there and I'd like an answer for those of us considering a membership at clubs around Baton Rouge. I don't know why this info is so hard to find or I need to call the clubhouse to make a deal.
Here's the ones I've found... Please let me know if a correction is needed:
Greystone: $350/mo total + zero initiation fee
BRCC: $550/mo + $27,500 initiation (ADDED)
CCLA: ??
University Club: 269/mo + $122/mo cart fee = $391/mo + $4,000 initiation fee
BREC: 142/mo + cart $52/mo = 194/mo
Also I know the prices are different for the 36+ club but I'm not sure on those either.

Incredibly cheap.
The 4 Course Pass is an even better deal imo. Beaver Creek, Webb, City Park and Clark for $93 a month.

BRCC a couple years ago was $27,500 initiation and about $550/mo for over 35. Dues are cheaper the younger you are.

University Club is $362/mo + $122/mo cart fee + $6000 initiation for 35+.
Under 35 is listed in original post. Initiation can be broken down in installments over 2 years or age 35 whichever comes first.
Pool/tennis is additional $51.
All of these numbers are without taxes added.

You can add $150/mo to BRCC for their new fitness building. Heard this from a member last weekend.

Last I heard CCLA was $25000 even you transferred.
