It was all about the sports games when I was a kid
1) Baseball Stars
2) Tecmo Super Bowl
3) MT Punchout
4) Ring King
5) Bases Loaded
Castlevania, Dragon Warrior, Double Dragon 1 & II, Kung Fu, Shadowgate were the non sports games I would play the most.

Ugh but that leaves off Legenda of Zelda, River City Ransom, Super Dodge Ball, Tecmo Super Bowl, Star Tropics, Crystalis, Dragon Warrior 2 and 3, Ninja Gaiden 1 and 3, Mega Man 3, Duck Tales, Double Dragon 2 and 3, Battletoads, TMNT... I could keep going.
