Its hit or miss on the PSN.

Some shite takes no time at all and some takes quite a long time.

At the same time there are a lot less updates on the PSN.

I think it is sig required. That's why I was asking. I just need it today and don't want to drive to the UPS pick up at 8 tonight when the truck makes it back there.

I might leave my cell number on the note and ask him to meet me somewhere later if he can't leave it. I know the driver through mutual friends.

I'd go that route. I had a FedEx driver call me to say the address was wrong and he called me to drop my package off to me at work. I was very impressed with that. I don't know if that's standard though.

It usually takes me 8-12 minutes for a big map pack. The only game I really have to go on is BF3 and those expansions are pretty big (maps, guns, vehicles, etc.).

Oh they're not getting mics. frick that. I can't do that to fellow gamers. I can't be that much of a hypocrite either. Right now the Wii is the only thing they play. I'm sure they'll get both PS3s when I have a PS4 and Neo in the living room.

A new report from Polygon reveals a couple of Kinect features Microsoft hasn't previously disclosed about its new console.

According to the report, Kinect will recognize when someone new enters the room, and check against saved profiles. If it doesn't know the person yet, it will ask the newcomer to identify himself/herself. The Xbox One will have a voice, but that function might not be ready to roll at launch.

Furthermore, gamers will be able to enlist the assistance of friends when playing games. Via the integrated Skype chat, players can cede control to friend. How this will impact achievements is, as of yet, unknown.

We've reached out to Microsoft for comment.

Obligatory MS copying Sony.

Because a few hundred people is the same as a whole network?

The whole network didn't have its information stolen. They did shut it all down to keep more information from leaking out.

They did reward every PSN member with lots of free goodies as an apology though.

XBL has many many many more apps than those.

Outside of HBO Go and ESPN, are there any others worth using? Those are the only two I've ever used outside of the standard Netflix, etc. (I say this because I'm legitimately curious)

Those are all on PSN outside of iHeartRadio. Do you really listen to radio through a console? Can you play it background while doing other activities?

MLB TV on my PS3 is stuck on last season. I have no idea how to advance it to this year.
