I have done a few of these and got to test some games on 360, PS3, and PC last year but I don't have a One and don't plan on getting one anytime soon. They are needing Xbone people though.

Don't hurry. It's like $8 per hour but at least you get to play games before anyone else does. That's the appeal IMO.

It's 100% legit. Last year I tested Splinter Cell Blacklist for them the new Assassin's Creed and a few PC games most notably Nether.
