Witcher Spoiler Thread ** SPOILERS INSIDE **

Let's keep our spoilers in here so we can just discuss gameplay in the other so that the people who haven't been awakened to greatness yet can still follow along.
For starters right when you pass by the first house at the beginning of the game, there is a treasure chest on the beach surrounded by 3 drowners. Got myself some blue quality boots out of there and a schematic.

I feel like I should have read the books. Yennefer is back like it is no big deal and at the end of 2, if I remember correctly, she was still with the Hunt. Can anyone enlighten me?

I am about 25 hours in and loving this game! There are some glitches but for the $50 I paid for it, it more than delivers. Skyrim might be the only game that delivers more game play for the price spent but we will see.

There was a nilf dude about to be hanged by a lynch mob for desertion. He was supposedly going home to his wife and daughter, so I sympathized with him and killed the lynch mob. Is it going to be a regrettable decision?

Yes. The tree spirit that turns into a horse was a little untruthful. It kills an entire village and you do not see him again I think.

Just made it to Skeli, I have done a ton of side quests and am only level 18, this map looks like the skyrim's "too much shite to do" map...lol. I am glad I haven't had to do jump puzzles. I have 8K in currency right now.

Good god. I'm only level 7, but money's been an issue for me since I'm stuck in Velen and can't exchange my other money. I'm constantly repairing, buying repair kits, and crafting or buying better weapons or armor. I have more alchemy items than I think I'll ever use, but I've just been reluctant to sell certain things.
I might be taking things slower than I should, visiting question mark areas more often than doing side quests, looting what amounts to garbage to dismantle or sell, and earning basically no XP.

im level 14 and have around 15k. i hardly spend though. quests are where it's at

Level 21 now with about 10K, when you get to Skeli make sure you loot all around you. This is the first game I can remember where I care about the story and read it, Yes is becoming a bitch.
