I never played one until this one either. It took a little getting used to the combat, but if you can do Dark Souls, you can do witcher. I like witcher' more. All about timing your attacks and counters, being patient, etc. the game is simply amazing.

I just want them to start focusing on Cypberpunk 2077.

Do you guys recommend playing or normal or hard?

I played it on normal for my first go around. It was challenging but definitely wasn't hard. I usually do that on the first play through on games. I don't like just grinding a game for the sake of it being hard. It was perfect for me. The bosses were all still challenging, but I wasn't getting harassed as much by the dregs which keeps it a a lot less frustrating. Lets you be a little more free to explore the map which is definitely worth your time as there is some unbelievable scenery in the game. Second go around, now that I know how to play the game and direction I want my character to go is when I try the harder difficulties.

I would start on normal then depending on how you transition to the combat up the difficulty.
The combat can be tough at points depending on who/what you're fighting.
I played on normal throughout the entire game and died plenty, granted, I was there more for the story than anything else.

I'm on normal and hardly ever die but I'm always a few levels above the "reccomended level" for each quest from doing so much side stuff. That and I maxed out my igni spell immediately and that shite kills lol. I find it harder fighting humans then monsters because I always forget how to parry

Picked it up less than 2 weeks ago and I'm already around 20 hours. Saying a lot for me because I basically took a 2 year hiatus from gaming until The Show 16 hooked me into buying a PS4.

I need to finish up the first part and then the 1st expansion, having to start from scratch after almost 100% the world sucked arse, but I need to push through so I can play the expansions.
I'm doing another playthrough right now too. Apparently if you want you can just create a lvl 30 character to play the first expansion if you want.

I am beginning to think this game is just vaporware. This game has been talked about since like 2006.

You realize they announced Cyberpunk 2077 in 2012, right?
