never played it, but according to the guy i know, "it sucked arse"
he said his superiors wanted them to make it like madden, but with a 1/16 of that budget and on the unreal engine, which is pretty funny (unreal engine makes people fly like ragdolls when you get hit. or atleast thats what he told me)

TeamBuilder, EA's excuse to drop a portion of the game.
"Very few people want FCS teams, so the weirdos that want 'em can just make 'em."
Only issue is that TeamBuilder is four years old and hasn't be updated since Day 1.

It still has a ton of issues, and lacks a ton of functionality.
