In all my years of playing that game, I never got the nuke. The closest I got was playing ground war on derail and I was using hardline. Got to 23 kills and then was noob tubed. There’s never been another string of words so foul come out of my mouth since that day

Only got it once and it was on Quarry, got close on other times. Was many year back, but pretty sure was running Scavenger, Hardline and SitRep. Pretty sure I was running UAV and Care Package kill streaks, but do not remember the 3rd.
Ended up getting camped out in the warehouse on the top part of the map and picking people off running thru. Setup claymores on the 2 entrances.

Perk 1: Scavenger
Perk 2: Stopping Power
Perk 3: Steady Aim
M16, TAR, or SCAR
substitute Stopping Power with Danger close and run a noob tube and thumper on Afghan or Wastland. Afghan sit in the poppy field and watch the bunker or sit in the bunker and watch the poppy field. Wasteland just sit in the cubby holes looking into the big bunker and noob tube away.
The rest of the maps it usually holding down an area (Karachi, Favela) or just straight up spawn, hall camping (high rise, skidrow).
And as a few others have stressed, having a few friends to play with helps a ton. Just having people whose play style you know and can communicate to make sure you know if someone is gonna get passed them or a claymore makes all the difference. Claymores are also resupplied with scavenger in this one so endless supply.
I averaged probably 1 every 5th to 6th match playing by myself, 1 every 3rd match playing with 1 or 2 friends, and 1 every other match with 3 or more friends on.

I don’t think I’m as good now as I was in the MW2 days. I used to run and gun and get nukes sometimes. Now I can’t get more than like 10-15 kills before dying, and even that is rare.
