The only reason I don't think they'd ever do that is because it was Obsidian. They have no issue with them or NV, but they made it clear that they won't ever have to outsource a game again, so if they're celebrating an old title like that, I'd say they would stick to 3, the one they did.
It would be a shame because Obsidian can't do anything with NV and I know a lot of people would prefer that remaster over 3, but I'll take what I can get.
All wishful thinking, of course.

Surprised to see so many mentions of Days Gone. Initial impressions are that game is dog shite. There’s a reason Sony has kind of stopped advertising it so much.
I am very interested to see what the Respawn Star Wars game will be. Those folks make killer games so I have hopes!
