The newest Tomb Raider I played for about 4/5 hours then grew tired of it. The story is just bad and it feels like a game made by Ubisoft. To much padding/collecting and filler content. Outside it's graphics it's very run of the mill, plus gunplay felt a step down compared to the reboot.

I'll eventually go back and finish it but really have no desire to do so. Luckily I got it in a buy two get one free sale.

Witcher 3 and Fallout 4

I love Witcher 3. I can't do Bethesda games though. I can't even explain why. They just do nothing to draw me in and make me WANT to keep playing.

You are the first person I have seen say this. Most liked it even more than the previous.

I am the same as you man. I know I am in the minority but I 100% agree.

I was with you on fallout after 10 hours. I came back randomly one night and fell in love. I can't explain it.

I loved UC1 and 2 but I was burnt out during UC3...so much so I didn't finish. The bad jokes and over the top video game stunts with constant near falls really wore on me after 3 games.

I can also see where people don't like UC because of the gameplay, but what got me was that sense of adventure and the level of immersion created.

I think TR really took what UC did and improved on it and made it fresh, especially with the gameplay.

The story isn't what bothers me, that's actually what's drawn me in.

I guess I'm just wondering if it's the same as that you fight 50 retarted gunmen each level and then figure out a couple puzzles and that's it.

I played all 3 on the hardest settings the first time around so it was definitely a challenge.

May want to turn up the difficulty if that is possible.

I only encountered retarded gunmen. Are the retarted ones on easy mode?

The last Tomb Raider didn't really have a story, but the gameplay was fantastic. So I'm not surprised the story is lacking. I'm still waiting for the new one to come to PS4 and I will replay the other one before it's release.

Crushing is aggravating when the enemies are eating bullets and I get killed in one shot.
