I literally had to block his channel to get rid of the spam.

Mr Matty and Luke Stephens?

I deliberately only follow gaming accounts that don't turn everything into a political altar call.

I avoid morons like Geeks and Gamers, Kinda Funny, Side Scrollers, and Effeminate Cowboy.

Every clip i see of him is him talking about people who don't like a thing, so here he is enjoying said thing.

He does turn into a little bitch regarding politics, but the only times he ever does is when he's bombarded with troll chat posts. None of this shite ever makes its way into walkthroughs or lets play videos.

I think a lot of the overt pollicization of gaming is going to be filtered out naturally. I am actually totally fine with this. On the one hand you have the companies which arent going to have a choice really, whether you like it or not a very large portion of the audience has come to see any iconography of certain politics as a low quality game and wont buy it until it proves itself as a good game, BG3 for example. On the other side you have the content creators whose demand will outstrip supply, when you are calling something like expedition 33 woke because 1 black guy was in it for 5 minutes at the beginning you have jumped the shark

And that clip was from a live stream, I believe. You're going to see everything when you watch live. None of the stuff I've watched on his channel has any kind of commentary.

Exactly...if you spam his chats and comments with bitching about a woman character or a black character or a gay character, over and over and over and over again...he will respond. Otherwise that shite stays out of it.

His chats are basically filled with 100 SoutheasternKaiju clones. I can't imagine having to deal with that.

people trying to sniff out "woke" with every damn thing,

Good. Wokeness is a disease that infected many people’s escapes, like video games and sports. It should be treated as taboo as legitimate racism.

I have never defended the BTS practices of Ubisoft, or Bethesda, I just like their games and won't apologize for it

i know this to be true, we used to run a nice little TD squad on ghost recon future warrior BITD

but its the tom clancy games universe ive appreciated the most outta ubisoft.

cosmetics are cool if theyre closer to the price of a drink at the gas station than a movie ticket, but like somoene pointed out the dlc model stifles mods which often enhance the value from the community that actually plays the game.
