What are the advantages of being an illusion/thief/archer type character? I've never understood how that play style would work in the game. Is the idea to avoid fights completely, or is there a way to quickly assassinate enemies? I've generally played a brute-type warrior, and occasionally a mixed warrior/mage

Yeah I sneak around bad mofos all the time. Originally I activated the mage stone. Using the bow in the sneak position boosts your sneak ability like crazy

While sneaking you do 4x damage with bows and 15x damage with daggers. Gets super OP when you stack +1h or +Archery in your gear.

My main guy is lvl 60ish:

Light Armor
1 Handed
Archery
Sneak
Illusion
Smithing
Enchanting
A little restoration

Illusion is just because I leveled it up and had extra points, but the quiet casting allows me to constantly cast invisibility no matter where I am sneaking. Rage / frenzy is fun too.

I basically just sneak through everything and often times don't take 1 hit from a room full of enemies.

My 1 handed is 95 and I am above the armor cap so when the shite goes down I pull out a dragonbone sword and can hold my own nicely, but I generally just use a bow.

I was up until 2:30 this morning playing the Special Edition. The first week Skyrim was released in 2011 I played it like it was my job. 5 years later I'm doing it again.

The official trailer is the GOAT.

One time in the not too distant past I went to bed at 10 after playing Skyrim for 3 hours, woke up at 3 because I heard my son coughing in the monitor while he slept and said "well, I'm up, guess I can get 2-3 hours of Skyrim in before I start the day"

I have been messing around with the Xbone mods, and some of the mods for adding factions/bosses/ bandit camps/etc are really fun.

And a lot of the good Armor mods, have you going to an area and fighting some badarse to get his armor.

This was my first RPG, and i absolutely loved it. I had over 2500 hours on the 360 skyrim.

Best part about this and the console mods, the mod authors will continue to support the game, and the land adds, large side quests, will continue to make the game fresh.

Falskaar is a great land mod. It had at least 25-40 playable hours just messing around it's land, and doing all the quests.

Surprisingly I love the FP view

The amount of content is shocking and I feel like I haven't even discovered but a portion of it

Anyone on Xbone feel like the graphics haven't gotten much better? Maybe I don't remember what it used to look like, or maybe my settings are screwed up, but I haven't been that impressed with the graphics changes

Edit: oddly enough the field depth rendering was turned down really fricking low. I fixed it and it's so much better now

My game glitched because I stole everyone's clothes before the DLC, so everyone's dead from Vampire attacks.

So the vampires couldn't help themselves with a bunch of naked people running around?

One modder put up a nude mod for xbox one, it stayed for 5 days? Which i was shocked, bethesda.net wacks those things quickly.

The comments were the best, calling people perverted nerds, to calling other sjw's, etc. It was great.

Never tried the mod, i assume it was a sheyat show, and probably crashed the game.

There are a couple retexture mods for Xbone Skyrim, and they look nice.
