I am going to assume that you will need to be connected to the internet in order to take advantage of this feature since the "suspended" game could be offloaded to XCloud in order to free up physical hardware then when you want to switch then the "state" would be transferred back to the console and on physical hardware.

Isn't one of the PS5's big things is that it's supposed to have ray tracing? Also I just want for both of these consoles to get revealed so the shite storms can really begin

PS4 design team back in the day
Step 1 - Figure out what Microsoft is doing and make it a little more powerful
Step 2 - Wait for Microsoft to release price and come in under at a loss per unit.
Step 3 - Get in bed with Gamestop to talk about the evils of digital downloads and how disk lives matter.

Evidently the X Box One X also has a 12 TF spec so no upgrade there
