Of course. There will always be deals and sales for all games on all consoles. I just picked a new game that was popular (it's a few bucks cheaper on PC) on the largest online retailer.

If I wanted to super spin (which I don't because I really don't care too much about justifying my purchase decisions), I could find someone on Craiglist willing to sell me a game for super cheap and then find someplace selling the same title for full price.
