This is my fourth play through, and my palms are still sweaty. Anyone else a fan of Deadspace?

I've recently gotten back in PC after a 10-year hiatus and the Dead Space serie is one of those games that I've "missed" that has me thinking of buying whenever it comes on sale on steam. I'm guessing its still as good as when it first came out? And worth getting?

I'm running through 3 right now. The first one is legit and scary. 2 and 3 are not as scary and the game play is still there. All worth picking up.

Good to know. I'll be sure to look out for them.

You should be able to find a demo somewhere. Just thought of that.

I really like any game where I can keep all my shite for a second play through. All darksiders let me keep was the armor

I think it's still worth getting. I haven't played 2 and 3 yet so I can't attest to those. I love the first one because even though you're expecting something to jump at you, you still jump like the first time. There is a fearful atmosphere that sticks.

ETA: Being able to carry over your inventory is awesome. You can enjoy the story without having to put in the effort to upgrade your arsenal and armor.
