Disney has permanently nuked any interest I had in Star Wars.

Except for Revan...I still love that badass (not counting the butchery they performed on his character in SWTOR Online & his own damn novel)

Yeah, agreed.

If you can find a good position in the center of the map setting up overwatch on the upcoming reinforcement point the turn before they arrive is brutally effective.

Yeah thats part of it. The mission setups kinda force conditions where its hard to set up overwatch some turns

I stumbled on a great video with two astoromechs in the squad with a gunslinger second spec for Cly Kullervo. "The Never Ending Mando 2.0"

Pretty wild.

I haven’t moved past the first crisis mission. I’ve played it 3 times and still can’t get it past without at least one player dying.

And it’s because the initial setup for the enemy is so brutal.

You have a rocket coming in turn one or two. You have those fricking pain in the arse coil melee guys that get over to you turn or or two. And you’re getting a grenade turn 1 or 2.

I am doing significantly little damage with some of my characters and I can’t see how I’m wrongly speced. Blasters are only 9/10 and tops at 16 critics is crazy.

I was wondering how everyone is building. I go heavy on AP or anything that gives me extra turns. That quick draw vs clankers let's me.have the rest of the team focus on battle droids. Ive gotten good at shoving enemies into a grenade blast radius. I need to experiment with my astromech as it gets a lot of area of effect attacks. He is also good at giving AP to teammates

That remanent/resonance buff/debuff is the real deal.

I treat them like magic users in BG3

I rush and kill coil frickers first

Just saw the developer laid off most of the devs. As someone whose in the process of being laid off, I can say I feel like we are heading for a nose dive off the cliff with how many quality jobs are being sucked out of the US

Not being sarcastic or an a-hole when I ask this, but what’s the difference?

Strategy = big scale, long term

Tactics = small scale, short term

At its bare most reduced form.

This is just kinda standard in the video game industry after release.

It takes more people to create a game than it does to maintain/update one

No different than a union job laying off when there isnt many projects. A data center takes thousands to build but only needs about 50 to run

Agree but they would do well with some mid sized DLC additions over the next 18 months.

What frustrates me is that the game just ends abruptly after the main story missions. I would like to see the ability to continue to work on sector influence and continue working on progressions for the operators. I cant imagine it would take much coding to continue the random missions and operations.
