I'm really hyped, just hope they feel good to fly. Battlefront didn't feel all that great to fly.

Same. First time I’ve been hyped for a SW game in as long as I can remember. That VR support for PS and PC is solid.

I'm getting VR for HL3 and Portal3 (yes it will happen imo since the ending of Alyx, not sure when) but might jump into VR for this game.

If they don't plan on having some big team type multiplayer, that will be a waste.

The Squadrons developer, Motive Studios, collaborated on Battlefront 2, and the game is going to retail at $40 with supposedly no micro-transactions. Very out of character for EA, so they must be making up for it somewhere else.
I'm expecting this game to be piggybacking on Battlefront 2's development.

Yeah that is a bummer.
Can't remember if a squadron is 8 or 12 xwings in most legends stories.
Edt: Anyone know if the campaign is "co-op" or multi-player option?
Would be cool to get an assignment, then shoot off with your buddies to the Outer Rim planets, Unknown Regions or even some weird Rishi Maze stuff.

Looks to me like they just took Battlefront, stripped out the ground combat, and are selling it as a new, slightly discounted game. 5v5 is lame as hell. Hopefully the single player can offer some sort of worth with Rogue Squadron style missions.
