Totally didn't know that. Still don't see myself changing it. The comic book one is pretty crazy looking. I think spiderman 2099 black suit (though it is blue?) looks cool too.

I like the backpacks. This version of Spider-Man is 23. They fill in the back story, without us (the players) having to go through it.

I was a huge Assassins creed fan back when they first came out. I can't remember the name but one came out where you were in America...native american...snow. Ugh, I couldn't last 2 hours in it. Fell off completely then got back into it with black flag.

I've been tempted to go back but I figured after playing spiderman I didn't want to play the sorta the same type of game. Run around, collect things, same type of fighting, etc. So figured I'd change it up and started with Shovel knight (finally!).

Just starting act 3 at lvl 38ish.

Spider Bro is the best power in the game hands down. Combined with melee damage reduction, focus generating and web power giving more focus, you don't need the default power if you learn how to dodge.

This game is great fun. I got all the backpacks and black cat spots.

The challenges are the devil

I love doing the random prisoner/sable crimes and just throwing out my little drones and electric webs to clear out almost everyone and then webbing up whoever survives and then tossing them into a wall. The clunk sound when you hit someone with a trash can, manhole cover, postal box, or car door is amazing. I don't like that I can swing a motorcycle against some dude's head and it just knocks him down for 3 seconds.

yes. I am 99% on it right now. I have to get all the challenges to gold and then I'm done. That will allow me to buy the last 2 suits Will be the first game I ever 100%.

I just 100% it last night. Every suit bought as well.

Only 2 trophies I have left are "Hug it Out" and "Fixer Upper", which should take all of 20-30 min tonight.

Will probably start a new playthrough but the DLC drops 10/23 so maybe not.

I'm not sure if I'll going to 100% it yet. It depends if I feel like getting gold in all of the challenges. I just need to finish clearing crimes out in each district to get the platinum trophy. I'll probably do that a few days before the first DLC drops.

You can 100% without getting all challenges to gold. I got silver or gold in all of them, but the game still says 100%. I bought all the suits and am only missing a few upgrades on gadgets and suit augments.

100% the game only means you complete everything there is to "do" like missions and stuff. Not how well you do them.

There is no trophy for golding all the challenges or getting every gadget upgrade / suit augment as far as I know.

Yeah, there isn't. The only trophy I have left is clearing all districts 100% and I just have to finish the crimes in each one. I didn't know if the 100% in-game included extra stuff that isn't part of the platinum.

Tips for anyone starting the game:

Perfect dodge and dodge window are your first two upgrades.

Upgrading the web zip to enemies and thrown objects damaging all nearby enemies should be next. Before you get to these, get the first box in each tree.
