No talk about this game? My copy came in yesterday. I installed it and played up until I gained control of Ryo then shelved it because I'm still playing Fallen Order 
Very excited to check this game out after 18 years, but at the same time, I'm ready for Yu Suzuki to just end the franchise. The odds that this series sees another 2-3 games is pretty low.

I heard that the need to eat is a really dumb mechanic. I always wanted to be able to eat at the various restaurants in Shenmue, but I don't want to do so to manage some kind of hunger meter that negatively affects my character.

Backers getting the game are enjoying a couple last slaps in the face from the shitty people managing this project, between delays in shipping and the "special Kickstarter case" turning out to be just a piece of paper that goes around the regular plain retail version.
At any rate, for those of you who do not want to install Epic Games Store garbage software, the game was cracked only a few hours after release.
I hear it's pretty garbage so far though.

Also heard backers were pissed because they backed it as a Steam game, but after the deal, they received EGS keys instead and weren't able to refund.

Oh that's just one bullet point of tons of things this Kickstarter did wrong. I did get my refund though. Short of a few dollars, but I got it.
