I just finished the main story. Wow. Rockstar made an incredible series here. I figured Author would die considering his illness. I didn't see Micah blowing his head off though. That was a surprise that left my jaw dropped.
you had low honor, high honor ending is a bit different

Yeah I had low honor. I saw where you can get a better ending with higher honor which is awesome. I never would have thought the honor system would ultimately decide how you die.
I had good honor all game until I did the bandit challenges. That brought it all the way down, and I wasn't able to get it back up.

In case you missed it, Arthur gets infected with TB by that Downes guy when he is beating him to collect a debt in Chapter 2. It didn't dawn on me till Arthur mentioned how it got it towards the end of the game and then I went back and watched the actual scene.
Other random things in the game for those who have completed it. Things I briefly saw mentioned by haven't researched a ton because of trying to avoid spoilers myself.
1. There is a vampire in Saint Denis. Think you gotta find a series of clues to locate him and do something with him. I'm not sure if it's available in the Arthur part (it might be) but I know for sure it's there for John, they sorta go out of their way to have you walk by one of the clues in one of John's missions.
2. There is apparently a UFO interaction you can do somewhere, no real details known besides seeing multiple people mention it.
3. There is apparently a ghost train interaction you can do somewhere, no real details besides seeing a few people mention it.

It’s also the only REQUIRED debt collector mission. I tried to shoot the guy from a distance in my second playthru and it didn’t work

All that effort Arthur went through to get John out of the outlaw life and all the effort John gave to stay out of the outlaw life makes Jack Marston's decision to kill Edgar Ross at the end of RDR even more tragic
it was all for nothing because the one innocent soul worth saving became an outlaw.
This story is awesome but ultimately depressing.

Yeah I'm trying to find all the little stuff myself.
Like the serial killer clue maps and stuff, I've found 2 of the three so far, just really getting started doing a thorough comb of the entire map now that I"ve 100% the story.

I think they are effectively de-romanticizing the outlaw life. It's very similar in nature the movie Unforgiven, a great movie if you haven't seen it.
History and the media glorified the old west and the outlaw lifestyle. People living boring, mundane lives in the cities ate up fantastical stories from the wild west and a lot of the old west legends and mythos were born. Almost every western book and novel for 100 years portrayed life on the frontier as dangerous and sexy and exciting.
Of course in reality the people out there were actually leading very difficult, often miserable lives. Dying in your 20's or 30's to violence or disease was routine.
Billy the Kid killed anywhere from 9 to 21 people depending on sources, and he was widely known and celebrated and he himself was killed at he age of 21. Yet somehow his life and lifestyle was widely celebrated. An odd choice for a hero.

sounds like a mere one or two missions of RDR2

There’s also some creepy shite in the swamps. There’s ‘Nightfolk’ and a cabin where I’m pretty sure Arthur gets raped in.

Also at John's house at the horse station you can
change horses if you have any in stables, thought that was cool.

Pump shotgun is one of my favorite guns in the game. That being said does it annoy any one else that it has a hammer?
Maybe I’m misinformed - but no pump shotgun I’ve ever owned had had a hammer on it.

There’s some fricked up cabins in the heartlands. On my replay, I came across some sort of demon cabin full of candles and skeletons.
Earlier tonight I came acrodd s cabin with an old woman decomposed in a rocking chair and s mummified child on s toy rocking horse. There’s s man draping down out of the loft.

Just finished the entire epilogue in one day
I didn’t think it would be so damn long, but I loved the hell out of it.
I definitely want to replay it immediately and take it a little slower, especially in the early parts of the game when the gang is still all relatively happy. They really nailed the character interactions in this game.
