Recruiting for a Ranked Rainbow 6 Siege Team on PC

Me and two buddies play rainbow 6 a lot and we are about to start playing ranked. We are looking to start a discord with a couple people so we can always have a five stack and so we can have practices to go over strats and call outs. Newcomers welcome.

I only play with people who’s K/D is over 3 and have a minimum 50% win percentage. Y’all contact me if your squad qualifies. If not don’t bother. Peace.

It gets worse
I tried explaining to my brother how toxic this game is. He was like a lvl 18 at the time and never saw any real toxicity. We’re playing casual to lvl him up. First match: it’s a 1 v 5 and I Ace it. Next match: 1 v 4 (they TK’d the last guy alive from the previous match) and I ace it. 9 kills, rest of my team 0. I then get TK’d the following three matches. We lost the next two badly and barely squeezed out the deciding game.
