recommend a FPS for an older guy

looking for something that doesnt require taking speed to have quick enough reflexes. Like the OG modern warfare games back in the day. They play entirely too fast for me now.

Are you a Half-Life fan? Even if you're not, check out Black Mesa. It's a complete remake of Half-Life using the updated HL2 engine.

I liked Space Marine. I'm a button masher, and it fits, even though it's melee combat. How they're selling the "Anniversary Edition" for $60 13 years after release perplexes me. I think I got it for $12.

I’d like to add Ready or Not as an option. The pace and play is much different than most shooters but it far more immersive imo. It can be played both single player and co-op
