The game is almost broken beyond repair in its current state,
You are going to have to give us some details because I play everyday and don't agree with you at all.
Are there issues? Yes.
Broken beyond repair is a ridiculous statement. Give us something to back it up.

They had nothing to back it up other than server issues and lag if you get a bad one, which I think we can all agree can be a problem.
I don't know how well this will translate to Xbox/PS4 though. The map is so expansive, and when sniping people can be any damn place. I think trying to pinpoint someone from a 360 area that large on a 60 inch tv is going to be absolutely awful

The game has gotten worse and more buggy with every update
They don't fix the previous bugs
They're only updating the game with "appealing" features like gun updates, random game play mechanics, etc and not updating the core problem and optimization
Servers have been shite since day one
Devs just keep saying important updates are coming "soon" but nothing has come and they keep updating worthless features that don't improve the game
As someone that didn't follow DayZ too closely but followed the utter failure, this is all too similar to it

Consoles don't deserve this goodness. It'll be so fricking broken anyway

Ummmm ever shot a Kar98 at someones head recently?
Hit or got hit and had no damage done to gear?
How about the ballistics that go fricking MIA every round?
Physics?

Come on man..."if you get a bad one"....must be pretty often.
They want to add fog and new maps, when they need to be focused on so much more.

Just got done with work so sorry for the delay.
Not counting the lack of updates, patches, maps, and general upkeep that was promised and provided initially, there has been no word of any of it outside of vaulting and ballistics overhauls in November.
But how about thousands(!!!) of hackers that have altered their .ini files to cheat, and it hasn’t been acknowledged, addressed, or even mentioned in passing. They are too worried about tournaments and xbl release and micro transactions.

To back up Nappy,
I sent multiple clips to their help account and essentially got back a “get good scrub” response. Skirted around why bullets didn’t go where they were aimed, and pointed out random shite to avoid answering why there were no hit markers on clear shots of rounds passing through people. It’s all in the other PUBG thread and on twitter

Having watched some of Dr. Disrespects streams..he uses the Kar98 quite a bit and it happens all the time to him. It maybe just that gun but most of the time there are high powered optics on those that give a clearer vision. Who knows how many times it happens with other guns with a red dot on it.
ETA: UMP on the body all day baby

They ban something like 25,000 people per day.
Like I said, the game definitely has problems, but it is certainly not broken.

While they still have wall hackers playing in their invitational
Probably more than half of those people are stream snipers for shroud (Wadu's a god), forsenlol and other major streamers.
You haven't been a part of it followed the recent phenomenas that have fallen apart like DayZ and H1Z1. This game is in a complete money grab state, and that's not changing

I was excited for this game on PS4, but the more I think about it, the more I think that rushing it to Xbox will only speed up the death of the game. I’ve watched a good bit of it, and desynch is a huge issue. Plus I’m sure the majority of the staff is gearing up for Xbox, so they’re leaving PC issues behind for now.
That’s what makes Epic so impressive. If there’s an issue in their game, it’s fixed almost immediately. They have staff present on r/fortnitebr all the time asking how to improve the game.
I haven’t noticed any more or less lag in the game over the last week than I did when I got the game, so I can’t really comment on that.

Well they also own the engine, so that helps a little bit

Yep. They ZERO reason to help the PUBG devs. Its pretty shitty really.

They banned 25,000 people in one day. Not the same thing, especially since that was announced two weeks ago, and the .ini mods can be done by anyone (except Nappy and I) and are on Reddit with 4 thousand upvotes for everyone on the internet right now.

Geez.
As excited as I am to buy and try PUBG from the publicity it's gotten here from a few of you over the last months. The reasons you and others are giving, put a damper on that. Hopefully they get their shite together soon, because if it has this many problems on PC, the BONE version will be unplayable. This trend of game devs completely selling out for micro-transactions is really really getting old. ESRP should force them to put a micro-transaction warning on the game's cover signaling this is another micro-transaction money grab.

The sad part is, this game doesn't have any. They had purchasable keys for crates a while back, but that was only for visual things
