Sony needs to patent an anti-bounce controller that doesnt bounce off the carpet and hit the TV screen when the Madden CPU jumps 6 feet into the air for an INT.

All I ask for is something that feels good in my hands and has a good d-pad.
All these fancy features are what drives the cost of controllers up to 60-70 dollars.

They didn't? Rumors and fan anticipation doesn't mean they did anything. Sony the company did promote the event, the playstation division didn't.

Seriously, that touchpad on the PS4 controller was utterly useless. I don't think I played a single game ever that did anything with it or if they did I never knew about it. That alone probably added $20 to the cost.

it's also a button. you can press it to see the scoreboard in CoD. that was the only time i used it.

I am not a fan of anything like that as well. Touch and motion controls can get lost.
Although the bottom buttons that map to traditional buttons are great.

Touchpad brought up the player quick menu in GTAV.
I also remember another game, can’t even remember the name lol, where it was a mouse cursor and you could drag your finger on the pad to move the mouse.
