that's because there isn't one, yet.
This past week drop times(est):
Monday - 10am
Tuesday - 2pm
Wednesday - 6pm
Thursday - 4pm
Friday - 12pm??? <<< not confirmed / speculated

I've never had to do any of this to get in the queue. Am I missing something here? I've been in them all for what it's worth. Playing the new xbox has been helping me realize I'll just wait for this later.

people have said that if they're on the page previous to the queue starting, simply refreshing does not work for them. they had to clear their caches/cookies or use a private/incognito tab.

Not sure why but I'm getting:
in chrome after clearing cookies/cache
edit - I removed ublock from my extensions (previously removed those settings) and it let me on

I DON'T KNOW WHEN THEY DROP
it has always been at the top of the hour, maybe 2-3 minutes into the hour.
queue is structured for 30ish minutes
then the drop starts around the half hour mark
it's been like that all week.
