No that isn't what mine looks like. It should bring you to the website with no queue page whatsoever.

Try leaving that page up and try opening another browser tab for PS Direct and see if that one skips you past the queue

You may want to try either Adblock with filters or I think finch mentioned it works in Microsoft Edge. Firefox probably works also.

I had that issue but I restarted Chrome and I gained access to the store. My problem now is that there isnt an "Add to cart" button on the PS5 page. I also cant sign in to PSN. It says an error has occurred

I just did it with Firefox and Ublock and it lets me onto the site with no queue.
the filters I posted previously--queue, queue-it.net, *queue-it.net. You have to go into tools to enter them. The poster above posted a screenshot of what it looks like.

Ok I got through.
I can pull up the disc version, but when I pull up digital version there is a bunch of source code.
BTW the disc version says out of stock.
