I got the digital. My understanding is that both models of the PS5 are identical minus the disc drive.
Where as the two versions of Xboxs are different and the Digital only Xbox isnt as powerful as the Series X.

Sorry, I missed the second half of your post.
I never saw them charge my account for it so I'm not sure if it was there and went away or just never showed up and there is still no charge to the card as of right now.

Up to you but sometimes physical is still cheaper. Go on sale faster or play 4k movie disk.Other then that no, because will use same storage space.

are you guys getting updates only on fedex or walmart as well? my 17th order still shows as preparing but i cant use the fedex thing because they want to send an activation code to verify my address.
edit: well now walmart doesnt have any status. only says "Arrives by Tue, Jan 12(Package 1 of 1)" no more preparing

Not sure if this will help anyone but my walmart order (Dec. 15th) said it would be here on January 8th. I got it the day before christmas.
