Do you have a code in your PS3 case? Go to the PSN Store and there will be a tab that says PS3 to PS4. Go there and input your code.

I could have picked up XBONE the week of release as a walk up. PS4.....ask and employees laugh and say good luck. That told me what direction I needed to go

here in Belle Chasse, I went to midnight release for the XBONER there was a huge line and I didn't get my xbox until 1:00.
But that could just be because Belle Chasse doesn't have any poor people

Yeah, only ignorant people upgrade a console to get actual features. Non-ignorant people pick up new consoles with similar graphics to last gen just to spend the $400.
