Neither am I but I grew up on the original 3 and I'm pretty stoked. Wife and I have a date night reserved for this. She confided in me last night that she read some of the books in high school. Definitely married the right person.
And FTR, that scene with the X-wings screaming over the water makes me nerdgasm every flipping time.

I'm not against watching the movies, I've just never had the urge to watch them. Another shocker: I've never seen any Back to the Future or Ghostbusters movies.
