Just seeing this. Lew, thank you for your service! You will find something that will fit you. I have a few friends that left the Marines and stepped right into being State Troopers. I don't know if that is your thing, but could be an option. Another is making a career out of it in the Corp. and is a Gunny Sgt, but I know if he were asked to leave (due to injuries) he would have no idea what to do. Like you, it's the only professional career he has known. Hopefully the transition will be as seamless as possible and you just fall into your civilian life. I saw 2013 so you have time to get everything set up.

Thanks for your service Lew! You should be fine when you get out - if nothing else move to Huntsville, AL.. there's like a million and one military contracts up there, a friend of mine just got a job after he finished his contract in May.
