so how does this squad/team shite work? Only 4 people can squad up and we have to hope our squads of 4 some how end up in the same lobby and on the same team together?

i've also yet to hit the R11

I always thought you could do squad or team chat. I guess if we all went solo we could all talk to each other if we are on the same team.

You can only talk to your squad in game. You can talk to everyone in the loading screen. I don't think you hear the other team during the loading screen.
I'm more concerned about getting 12 people together and all being on the same team than it breaking us into 3, 4 man squads. Plan in the loading, execute in game
