Just thought I'd clarify to avoid the butthurt

I thought it was when I shoot at someone, I can stop shooting and the bullets seem to "catch up" and I get the "enemy killed" a second after I'm done firing.

I hate those fricking things. I had to get one a few weeks back - never had one before then.
