Whoever rents the server sets the parameters - map rotation, ticket count, game modes, etc. They can be ranked or unranked.

You can make it private. And yes it counts, but you can unrank the server too, I think. It basically lets you do whatever you want.
oub, I had fun in that Metro round, too.
Dev, get a mix of those smaller maps with some of the bigger ones that are popular and I think the server would be popular. Everyone likes Caspian Border and Operation Firestorm. Noshahr is okay, but the trap on the US side makes it boring. Noshahr is a great Rush map, FWIW.

Yep. I was brought up around Zaxby's, get to BR and try Cane's, and was all "what the frick is this shite?".

sounds like a good way to rank up and get guns, wish they had that when i played
