I saw the same thing saying it was in stock, in-store purchase only. Showed up and the employee said that its an error on their website, that's really their black Friday promotion (which you can't buy so seems wonky). They only have the S in the store (probably gone by now) and don't expect to have an X in store for 2 weeks.
I mean you can try your luck...
ETA: the product listing from this morning has been changed and no longer shows it being at a nearby store.

Modern Warfare can use a physical disk or buy through the MSFT Store. Battlefield 4 is officially part of GamePass today since it is included with EA Play.

fricking fed ex delivered my Xbox to the wrong house. I had to drive around for 30 minutes until we decided to look for addresses with similar house numbers. Lo and behold, it was at one a few blocks away with the same numbers. So I just had to porch pirate my own fricking Xbox since no one answered the door.

So, any idea when some more will be in stock and if so where? I have called and went everywhere looking to pick one up today with no luck. Even waited for Walmart to post more online and after putting in my info and submitting it went back to out of stock.
