I always loved the online modes of these games - I may have to buy. Had been play EA on Gampass and while I like some of it better - online doesn't seem as alive.

Id be down, I not great at the actual game as i mostly like to piddle around with the course creator, but I bought the early access last night, have it downloading right now so i can play when i get home from work.

Gonna go ahead and recommend playing with putt prevjew on the first few rounds. Putting is brutal with bad stats haha so without it on u might not be able to figure out if u are missing ur read or messing up the stick

These greens are tougher compared to the demo, but I thought I had the same settings on...
I'm on the Q school final, it's not letting me play all 18 holes even after updating the settings for all rounds to play 18. Weird.

Crazy how much harder the initial game is versus the demo. I was shooting consistently around E on Master difficulty during the last few days of the demo. Now Its a miracle if I break +15 on a full course.

So, is 3 click swing discouraged? That is the swing type i like to use.

It does get easier once you level up your player. If you preordered you get a good amount of VC to get them to 80+
