PC's "Insurgency" to PS4/X1 in Unreal Engine 4 as "Insurgency Sandstorm"

(Available for PS4, Xbox One, Windows, OS X, and Linux in 2017.)

In this video, YouTube allstar and RATeamWannabe-wannabe "MatimiO" gives us some information on a PC game called Insurgency being converted and rebuilt in the Unreal Engine as a console and PC game called Insurgency Sandstorm.

If you don't know much about Insurgency, watch the attached video. It's marketed as a hardcore modern military multiplayer FPS. There is a very limited HUD with the only real queues to getting kills or hits being your own visual confirmation.

In Matimi0's video, he explains that Insurgency Sandstorm will also have a single player or story mode which will...(Banana's wet dream incoming)...focus on a group of soldiers in the 2003 US invasion of Iraq and tell their story. That's interesting enough, but to me this sets the tone for the game overall which leaves me extremely bonerific in my mister bits.

Apparently, the developers do not plan on altering the "hardcoreness" of the original Insurgency PC game and want to bring it to the console market.
