I've been awake since yesterday morning. 
was supposed to print and ship my project for work today, but we got a last-minute extension. I was on my way to the office this morning when I got the call about it. Went home intending to sleep. Couldn't.

maybe a false alarm burce. i just did the paper clip test and it worked fine. hummm will do more testing.

What can I get for my 8350, 850 watt Thermaltake PSU, XFX 270x, 128 GB Vertex 3, 1TB HDD, ASRock mobo, H60 cooler, 8GB Corsair ram, in about a $45 case I am going to order to put it all in?

If you can find a damaged ASRock mobo on eBay ASRock will replace it for you for $50 plus initial shipping. You could get a badass board like that for cheap if you have the time.

There won't be a cooling problem because the stock heat sink is actually every effective if you adjust the fan curve properly, but it's just so damn loud. Mine usually hangs out at around 74c and I have a mild curve set up now.

Yea I am wondering how loud it will be. I may see about an aftermarket air cooler for it since I can't WC in an ITX case.

Market is diluted with 290s now. I would wait a month or so. You might be able to make $40-$50 off of it if you're lucky.

So much for plug and play, I finally got them installed and the system to boot, but catalyst doesn't give me the crossifre option.
