That's fine and all but you aren't utilizing that money to get the best value out of it possible.

You will have $3K in a machine with just a single GPU at this point because you are wasting money in areas that will do nothing to increase performance.

And actually, I'll be running dual 780ti's now, I upgraded the PSU to the Corsair AX1200i, I'm only running SSDs, I'll be overclocking my 4770k and dual 780ti's and moping along with my 1600MHz of Dominator RAM like an idiot...

So yeah, I will be looking forward to benchmarking it.

Several pages back someone told you that you were wasting money on something (this has happened a lot so don't ask me what it was specifically) and you said something to the effect of "well it just made it's way into my build because I can afford it"

No one cares what you can or can't afford but making snide comments like that makes it look like you are bound and determined to spend money on things just because people are telling you not to.

All anyone here has tried to do is educate you and help you get the most out of that money yet you won't take the advice.

No one helping you has anything to gain or lose over your build one way or the other but they have been very patient and helpful.

If you aren't going to take their advice then stop asking for it and order what you want since that's what you are determined to do anyway.

I don't think I ever made the specific point that I chose something solely because I could afford it. It was that I chose something I liked because I could afford it, but the reason I chose it was just because I liked it. I'm not the one that started throwing insults and sarcastic shite around.

Advice is just that, advice. I took everything into consideration and went with what made me happy. I didn't know that not taking someone's advice made me an a-hole.

The issues is that when you don't take their advice you still continue to ask for more of it.

Why even bother at that point? You have written novels of questions just to not accept any of the answers because you had your mind already made up for the most part.

I asked for advice to try to learn something and I did learn quite a few things. But I'm not going to automatically go with whatever they think I should go with, wise or not, if I don't personally like it. I don't see the big deal about that.
