I have 16GB in both of my builds and I do a lot of 3D rendering on Blender or Photoshop and even then I never come close to using the 16GB
32GB is absurd.
You could use it as a ramdisk but even then it's not worth spending the extra money on 32GB of ram.

I come close to using 8Gb with just fricking Chrome tabs open. And I also do a lot of Photoshop stuff. So it's not insane to me to jump to 32 over 16 when it's not that much more expensive and a single program like Chrome with lots of Youtube tabs open can tax 8GB of memory.
