Mardi Gras used to be my favorite 2 months out the year. Now it just comes down to 1 day of riding and king cake also.

Man, I have been flipping stuff on eBay while I have been slow this week and I am getting addicted to it.
Today I sent my workers to go do some small jobs and cleared like $400 off of what they did and I sat here listing stuff and sold 19 items on eBay. I cleared almost the same doing that.
I could get used to this shite.
Just need to find more stuff to sell. I have sold right at $1700 worth of stuff on eBay this week though.

I don't feel like reading the article in the link, but they are generally kind of derp. Like the McDonald's of hardware reviews/news.

I'm sure, plus they have tons of advertisers warping the value of their opinions while also forcing them to appeal to as many people as possible to stay popular. It's not a BAD site, just.. like I said, a little derpy. I trust some of the data they publish, ignoring the text in between.

I have not bid on any storage units but now that you bring it up I may try it. I've been hitting up Goodwill on top of the other shite I find and am about to start hitting up some Garage sales maybe. I wish I could find a good steady product or two and a good source to purchase it all from. I need to really browse Alibaba hard or something.

A lot of the houses I got to and we trash out people leave tons of books behnid. I have been reading on r/flipping that there is good money to be made on Amazon on the secondary book market. I may grab some and try it.

My mom bid on a storage unit last year and got it for $200. Inside she found a box of about 9 or 10 brand new fancy leather-bound bibles, but she hasn't wanted to mess with the whole ebay/amazon sales thing yet. I told her I'd list them and give her the money, but she's been taking her time I guess. Those bibles alone will probably bring in a decent profit.

Yea no doubt. I have a house I know of I am just waiting on the bank to give us the OK to clean it out that has about 5 or 6 Uhaul boxes full of books I am going to grab and flip. If it goes good I will keep doing it but it's hard to see how it can't go well considering I not only get this stuff for free but that the bank pays me to haul it off to begin with. That's a win-win IMO.

I have some creepy stories from books which ppl left behind.
One of my ex co-worker's dad is the Warden at Elayn Hunt and has been in the prison system for 30+ years. Well, his dad saves all of the books, notes, stories, poems and whatever the prisoners would give him before being released or executed.
You want to read some dark shtt, some of the stuff makes you feel so empty inside.

good news guys, I just ordered my nexus five and a straight talk sim card. Soon I will be saying goodbye to paying ATT $100 a month for my busted arse 4s. Anyone have any tips for migrating from ios to nexus? My main concern was getting ical to feed into google calendar, but apparently that is supposed to be pretty easy.
