Finally pulled the trigger and ordered most of my stuff. Still need a video card. Bouncing back and forth about it.

You're going to love that TV. I have the 8000 series of that size in my bedroom hanging on the wall and it is glorious to watch TV on.

I don't understand full form factor ATX boards with ppl not gaming. You can still SLi/CFx on mATXs. Honestly wish we had more iTX options.
I know, I was just going by best value, and trying to keep the board an A75 or better for USB 3.0. But honestly there's some A75 mATX boards for just $15-$20 more, which could be offset by a cheaper mATX case.
I'm just anti-SFF, mostly because I like to put all my hardware funds into one single powerhouse build. If I ever did an ITX build, I'd want it to be a challenge, so my goal would be high-end and nearly silent. I'd love to see a well-engineered liquid cooling system for BOTH cpu and gpu (universal block) inside a proper steam-box sized itx case. Would probably be a proprietary design for a specific case, with BYOBs (bring your own blocks)

Did he get a damaged price?

How disappointed would I be if I were to get a video card with ddr3 as opposed to gddr5
I've read a few articles but none can tell what the noticeable differences for a casual gamer would be. I'm used to xbox 360 so I think any nice gpu would be an upgrade?

I sure hope so. A scractch or hole in a box is worth at least $200 IMO

Damn, I got it off reddit. I'm laughing at the 2160p TV just for a PS4...
Whoosh, guys, whoosh.

Is Tom's HW the dumbest popular PC/tech site?
Just read one of the dumbest audiophile articles.

I own a lot GPUs and have the perfect 2 GPUs to test this. A 640 and 650 are exactly the same except one has GDDR5.
Havet ran benchmarks are cards like that but I would say from my APU experience, it means a lot in resource heavy games.

So it would probably only be noticeable in a BF4, Skyrim, etc? Basically, the games on pc that make pc worth having?
I know I'm being a pain, just trying to learn what I can about what I'm getting ahead of time. Most forums and google searches return little help. Y'all have been far more helpful
It's only a $50 diff or so, so I may as well get the gddr5 I was looking at

Yes, and good god stay away from their forums.
The site has some usefulness. Their Best X for the Money monthly updates are generally okay and userfriendly for noobs who are trying to find budget parts.

In regards to Angry Video Game Nerd Adventures, willymeaux had this to say

What were they thinking? This game is a victim of the infamous Two Gear Diarrhea, Jump frickness, Inviso-Bitch, and Free Falling frick Balls, and Frequent Air Suspension Shitness. I mean the fricking Tyger hand held games are piece buffalo shite. This game is a piece of gar-BITCH. I'd rather have a baboon rub its red arse all over my face while its having a diarrhea attack than play this shitty fricking game....
