making progress...
cpu fan is on.
got 1 stick of RAM in slot 1
div connected to port one on GPU
got the boot screen up on my monitor

I didn't really read any of your post and ILikeLSUToo's but, the cpu fan wasn't coming on. That is odd.

So the MB is only reading the RAM in slot 1. I pulled out the RAM not being read and its got a chip on one of the gold plated pins
Im not sure if I did this during insertion or if it was already like that
I bought it from Newegg, what are my options ?

Let me recap.
It was a combination of
1. Errors in correctly installing connectors?
and
2.
Errors with bad RAM?
I have also seen this type of behavior with bent pins. Not all the DIMM slots would work with bent pins.
Take a picture and ILikeLSUToo and probably tell you if it broken or not. My guess is it isn't, really hard to do so.

well I tried it in the other 3 slots and it isnt being read in any of them, so Im assuming its done

You'll have to send both sticks back. I would just order another set and request a refund for that set. You'll get them a lot quicker that way.

Yeah, just RMA the whole kit for a refund like Bruce said. That module is fricked. With CPUs, RAM, video cards, etc., it's possible to break/damage a pin or contact that wasn't completely necessary (or necessary at all), but a rule of a thumb is that a "useless" pin will never be the one to break.
Did you properly format the USB drive for that Windows iso? You can't just drag and drop the iso onto the drive.

so Ive been using my brothers asus 24" 1080 monitor for the boot menu stuff on my pc build
when I put dvi output to the korean crossover monitor, I just have a blank black screen.
any explanation on that ?

this might sound basic but make sure your korean is set to the right input (DVI). Not sure if you have hdmi ins or any other, but mine was defaulted to hdmi and was blank at first.

Hooked up to your dedicated GPU? Are you using a dual-link DVI cable (I would assume the monitor came with a DVI cable)?

So Im having a problem when installing windows when it asks where I want to install it (the SSD or HDD)
It says it cannot be installed. When I create a partition and then try to install, it says "Windows cannot be installed to this disk. THis computer's hardware may not support booting to this disk. Ensure that the disk's controller is enabled in the computer's BIOS menu."
^^I get this same message when trying to install on the HDD also
My storage Configuration is
SATA controllers: enables
Sata mode selevtion: AHCI
SATA aggresive link power management: disabled
Dynamic storage accelerator: enabled
Hard Disk S.M.A.R.T.: Enabled

its only got a DVI input
Screen it on and I can see the backlight, but no image on the korean, only the asus monitor
WHen I hook up the korean to my brothers pc, it works fine. idk wtf the problem is
yes its hooked up to the dvi port on the gtx 780

Have you tried installing with only your SSD connected? I know this fixes alot of errors when installing with two drives in. Then after, add your HDD back on.

googling the problem it almost always has to do with the mode (AHCI vs IDE) and almost always has similar steps to these :
Specifically the part about using the marvell port, ive seen that be the problem several times. Im no expert man, these guys can probably help you more, just trying to help you out as it seems you're having several probs.

thanks alot man. i swear i read that same shite earlier and it didnt help
i unplugged the hdd, then reset the bios, then identified the ssd as an ssd in advanced settings.....

while windows was installing, i unplugged the asus, then plugged in the korean monitor and it sat there blank for 5 minutes, then once windows completed installing, the sent a signal to the monitor. so that issue is gone as well
