Question is can i run both my gtx760 and Radeon7700 and get better performance out of it? Or should i just completely remove the 7700. Also, i plan on running dual monitors. Would it be better to keep the 7700 in and run my browsing screen on it and run my gtx760 on my gaming screen? I know i can run both from one card. Just thought i may see a boost in performance. Sorry again for the dumb questions. I am still getting into PC gaming and don't know a lot.

The short answer is don't do it. Just remove the AMD card and sell it or keep it as a spare.

Gratz on the system. We need to BENCHOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eh nothing too crazy. This PC will also be used for gaming hence why I didn't skimp on the rest of the parts. As for unlocking to 290x, it seems like more often than not it doesn't end up working so I'm not getting my hopes up. Judging from what I've read, if I am getting 2500 kh/s at acceptable temperatures I'll be content.

Also, I am really thinking of pulling the trigger on this monitor.

LINK

It is significantly cheaper than just about all of the other 1440s but has gotten really good reviews. Anybody have any first-hand experience with it? If so, do you think I'm going to see much of a difference between this monitor and, says, one of the ASUS monitors that are twice the price?

You got the matte panel? They just don't seem appealing to me, but I've never seen one in person. It's probably better on your eyes long-term though.

I challenge you to a duel!

1. 3DMark11 Perfromance
2. 3DMark11 Firestrike
3. Valley Benchmark

We will come up with a point system to score who wins each category in each benchmark. Not just doing overall score determines winner.

Physics, Graphics, Combined, Overall

Please have the same intensity as I do. Please.

Yeah matte displays are terrible. My test bench is matte and it looks terrible compared to my glossy flossy Koreans.

Wouldn't I need to Crossfire my GPUS to have my best score? I didn't plan on doing that since I will be mining and they will be spaced out quite a bit so I don't even know if a crossfire cable would reach.

I plan on building my first rig within the next month or 2. Price wise, Would now be a good time to go ahead and build, or should I wait a couple of months ?

There's nothing substantial happening in the next couple of months, other than the possibility that litecoin/altcoin mining will die down and AMD cards will be available at normal prices again. Right now, your graphics card options are limited to nvidia, since AMD cards are out of stock and/or priced $100+ higher than they were 2 weeks ago. What's your budget?

Wtf is this shite?

Started to install my first GPU and the risers I bought don't even fit? It's hard to tell by the picture but the entire connection is too short and the smaller section is too long. What on earth are these things?

Yeah after looking at this picture:

It looks like they sent me PCI and not PCI express. I guess that's what I get for ordering from some asian site.
